The Spring 2018 Membership Intake Window began on Sunday, January 14, 2018 and will continue to Sunday, April 22, 2018.
All chapters must submit the PBS 7-C form (download from the BluePrint) and A Notice of Intake Approval.
Collegiate chapters must also submit a letter from the university/college stating the chapter is in good standing.
*Anti-Hazing workshop must have been completed before submitting MIP request. Anyone participating in the Membership Intake Process must be financial on all levels and MIP Certified. Chapter taxes, insurance, and Conclave Absence fee, if applicable, must be paid prior to intake request submission.
All requested for Membership Intake must be submitted to Southern Regional Director, Roy Edmonds with a CC to Georgia State Director, Ken Straughter and Southern Regional First Vice Director, Dr. Errick Farmer.
